and registration form. The fee will be $300 and includes manual,
breaks, lunches, and online course materials. Regulators, please
contact USU for fees. The course will feature materials accessed
online after Oct 23, 2006 and then in-person Nov 13-15. We will also
offer an added module on Food Defense. This HACCP course will be
suitable for meats, poultry, dairy, juices, deli, and fda regulated
foods (e.g. canned goods).
Brochures will also be available at the Utah's Own Conference Sept 28,
2006.
