Hey guys and gals, just a reminder that the Global Game Jam 2012 is
happening next weekend (Jan 27th to 29th). If you've never
participated in a game jam, it's a really great and fun experience.
I'd recommend it, as it can be a great learning experience.

I saw on the site that there are board-games in the event as well. I
let my brother know as he is huge into designing board games. Are
there typically people interested in doing Board games as well?
Also this time I am coming to the Game-Jam without a pre-made team. I
am hoping I can try something new and work with some new developers
this time. Looking forward to the event.

There weren't any last year but this year several have expressed
interest from the Board Game Designer's Guild of Utah so we should
have at least a few.
