É(eh)PC President/Party Leader SLANDERED! by female UNDERCOVER COP when applying for Court date.

At 10:10 a.m. August 12th 2009 the É(eh)PC President/Party
Leader arrived on the 2nd Floor of the Ontario Court of Justice
at 481 University Avenue a few blocks directly south of Queens
Park where the Legislative Assembly of Ontario is located.
He was applying for a Court date to defend the ILLEGAL August
2nd 2009 arrest for failing to leave premises after being directed
to do so (at Yonge+Dundas Square owned by the City of Toronto,
http://www.ydsquare.ca) under the Trespass to Property Act
because he did leave the premises after he was asked to.

He filled out a form and was told that his Court date would be
SIX (6) MONTHS from today, August 12th 2009, and that the
information would be mailed to him.
He went to one of the tellers where the fines are paid and asked
where the money goes?
The teller said she thought it went to the City of Toronto, but
could NOT say for sure.
"So the money could be going towards a SLUSH FUND
couldN'T it?" he asked chuckling.
She said she didN'T know.
In fact what he received was a PROVINCIAL offences act ticket:
so shouldN'T the $$$ be going to the province?

TAXPAYERS SHOULD BE TOLD WHERE THE $$$ FROM THE
FINES THEY PAY GOES: they have a right to know.
Apparently, they doN'T need to know in a FASCIST POLICE STATE
like Canada because that information is NOT made READILY AVAIL-
ABLE.
Then, a person asked for his pen in order to fill in a form.
He passed out a few promotional slips regarding his political party,

rid of 2/3 of cops and judges.
He had NOT! said anything about "undercover" cops.
Then, out of the blue a female undercover cop that he knows
by sight that he often sees at the Sanctuary that was fiddling
with her cell phone says out loud: "We see him at our drop in
centres. HE SUFFERS FROM PARANOIA. He thinks that un-
dercover cops are out to get him."
I told her that I did NOT! suffer from any paranoia and was NOT!
talking to her.
He was then approached by two (2) cops in uniform that were
guarding the door.
He mentioned to them that he was being SLANDERED! by that
woman.
They did NOTHING! regarding the matter, but raising their voices
told him to leave. Both together moved towards him forcing him
out of the room.
A Police Setup
===========
The female undercover cop was there sitting on a chair when he
arrived: there were about SIX (6) clients (NOT including staff) in
the room at the time.
When he left, she was the ONLY one there.
People go there to do one of two things:
1. to get a Court date to challenge a ticket or
2. to pay a fine.
She was there before he arrived and should have
left before him as everyone is served using ticket-
numbers, but she didN'T.
She just sat there waiting to POUNCE.
Why was she there?
To harass him - probably - because that's what
she ended up doing: she SLANDERED! HIM:
that's A CRIME.
Incidentally, an undercover cop gets paid MORE!
than a member of Parliament: and what is THE
BENEFIT to the taxpayer?
Re: the Sanctuary

It's located on Charles street: two (2) blocks south of

The Sanctuary seems to be as BOGUS as that female
UNDERCOVER COP.
It's ALWAYS! about the $$$, so
1. HOW MUCH $$$ in involved in the annual operation?
2. WHO specifically donates $$$?
3 in what specific amounts?
NO INDICATION re: these questions is provided.
There is NO INDICATION of WHO pays the personnel:
they seem to be paid independently by unknown sources
which is more than STRANGE.
There is NO INDICATION of WHO owns the place that
was once a church: the place could possibly be owned
by the Toronto Police.
The staff say that whatever the poor+homeless tell them
is always CONFIDENTIAL, but is that true if it's run by
the Toronto Police?
The IMPROVISED so-called Church services doN'T seem
to be legitimate Christian mainstream church services,
but more music get-togethers with a few Bible readings.
The place seems to be run - in part - by undercover cops
and there also are some undercover cops that just hang
around.
They seem to have among the FREE meal 100+ crowd
Wednesday noon and Thursday evening, undercover cops,
nurses, psychiatrists, Police Department personnel, etc.
So what is really going on there?
Like the FASCIST POLICE STATE Government of Canada,
it's difficult to find out as NO ONE WANTS TO SAY.
Is the Sanctuary a legitimate, above board place?
It doesN'T LOOK like it
Is is run by CROOKS?
Maybe.

Canadians have the very same problem finding out what is
going on with their SECRET! "behind closed doors" FASCIST!
