my take on it
is that it's A DUMMY PARTY set up by the Gov't
like Parti Solidaire in Quebec (that party seemed
to have been created by the Gov't,
perhaps as a Stéphane Dion initiative,
in the hope of diminishing the Bloc Québécois vote)
the Gov't of Canada is NASTY:
it's NOT PRETENDING 2b NASTY because it's Halloween.
Unfortunately,
it's NOT! October 31st. :o)
in my view,
