An easy fix for duplicate emails

I deleted my previous post about using the comments field because I
found a much easier way to limit emails to one per household (not
email address since some family members have different email
addresses). I created a ministry called One per home and qualified
one minister from every household. It was easy because you can select
many ministers at the same time in the ministers view using the
control key, then select Edit Minister and Qualified in the One per
home ministry, and click OK to save all of the records. In the
Emailer, simply select this ministry for the email (it appears as One
per homes). Actually, you can name the ministry anything that you
like.

I still think the ultimate solution is a check box for emails like we
have for mailing labels. After all other filters are applied, the
program should select one minister per home address, just like the
mailing labels. Perhaps this check box could appear as an option on
the Send screen, or on the main Emailer screen. Deacon Bob
