Sub-Requests filling so fast...

Hello MSP Wizards, 

I am looking to crowd source possible ideas to a situation that is actually a pretty healthy "Problem" (If I should even call it that); Sub-Requests are getting filled so rapidly, people willing and wanting to fulfill the sub-request get beat to the sign up.  It isn't always the same speedy people sitting watching their email, but seems like the same people are always coming in second place to fill the slots.  

I have already led with the "this is a beautiful problem we have, that we have so many willing volunteers", but I'm curious about other creative ideas.  

Any thoughts?

Not exactly the same situation you have but might help others.  We seem to have the same people getting to the sub requests first.  In order to give other people a chance, I have selected people that I do not want MSP to send sub requests to.  I am able to toggle this setting off and on easily.   In the volunteer's profile setting, next to their email address, there is a down arrow.  I click the down arrow, and deselect "send swap request emails".  They will not receive swap request emails.  They will receive the open position email that is sent out every week and they can then sign up for any positions that are still open.
