Cluster scheduling

Hi, can I ask how a cluster or group of parishes use MSP to schedule at multiple churches. Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out, Vicki! Scheduling in a cluster or family of parishes is a great topic for this group, and it's certainly possible in MSP!

If you are also using MSP for multiple churches, please chime in with your tips. Such as: Do you use Folders to organize your ministries by location?

Hello Everyone!

I manage one parish with two church buildings.  Prior to this exchange I never used "Foldes," but just added them.  Very cool!

I figured I'd send a screen shot of how I have both churches listed in the Ministries pane to see if this helps!  As you can see, we assign folks to specific roles (physical positions at church) for each mass.
