Hello,
I am wondering if it is possible to have the "All Available Positions" e-mail which I have scheduled to go out every Thursday to copy me as the administrator with the actual positions that are Not Filled or Swap Requested. I checked the box that said bcc me, but that e-mail only shows the token {AllAvailablePositions}. Now I can guess by seeing who it's been sent to, but it would be really helpful to just see the list. Thanks.

Admittedly I have wondered the same thing.  It is simple enough to go into the service and see what remains unfilled but the system is doing that anyway…why not copy the list to the administrator as a "heads-up" of problems ahead when eligible ministers are being contacted.

Thanks for voicing this.

My guess is that this token expands differently for each user... only a user who was qualified for all services would see them all.  I suppose you could configure such a user with your email address and then you would see all the available positions...

That would be my guess too - it would need to have the token programmed differently. Mikki - any thoughts?

I have added myself with the skills I want to monito, ie. Lector, server, senior server..., as sub only so that the scheduler does not auto schedule me.  Then when it sends out the "all available positions" email I get them all.

Hi All!

John has the best solution for this - if you are in the program as a
volunteer and flagged as a sub or "preassigned and manual scheduling
only," while being qualified for all roles, then you will always
receive an email with any and all openings for the upcoming week.

We will add your request to have a copy with all openings sent to the
"From" address to our feature request list for future updates.

Thanks for this feedback, and for the workaround John!
