Schedules not keeping changes

Hi everyone. I have had a problem the last two months. In Oct. I received a new computer, so I went through the process of saving my information to change on to my new computer. When that was done I realized that any information that I had added or deleted in 2009 were gone! I spent weeks trying to put all the information back with still some errors. Therefore the November schedule was crazy. On Nov. 12 some changes were done to the program and this time I lost all my information. It told me I had to start as a  new subscriber. I panicked because I have to leave on Nov. 15 to Chicago for medical reasons and someone else would be doing the scheduling for me. I call Max and he talked me through getting my information back. Boy, was I relived. I just returned back last night and having received quite a few emails and phone calls about people being scheduled and I had already deleted them or made changes in their schedules. Is there a reason for my changes not being kept? It is difficult to keep people on if I do not adhere to their preferences. Can anyone help me? I can’t be doing this every month. Thanks.
