Schedules on Admin tab of Web Terminal

I just learned from the Online Knowledge Base that Ministry Leaders are able to see unpublished schedules in the Admin tab of Web Terminal.

We currently have one live schedule which covers February through April.  This week we have created the skeleton for our next schedule which will cover May through July.  In the Admin tab of Web Terminal, I can see April from the current schedule, and May and June from the skeleton we are working on, but not July form the skeleton.  Any ideas of why July may not be showing?  Is there a setting that would limit what is shown to only 3 months?

Hi Kathy,

 

There are little arrows alongside the first month shown. Generally three months show at a time, the arrows scroll you through which months you see. You may also be able to make the window longer and see more months this way. Hope this helps....
