I have run into a problem when a minister enters the My Profile tab and adds Can’t Serve Dates and does not hit the Submit Button, there is no record of the changes. Is there something that can be done to requite the Submit Button to be pushed before the minister leaves that Tab. Maybe give them a message that says that the submit button must be pressed before you leave.

Yes …. I have the same problem … not a few people have been angry because of this issue …. they having been scheduled when they said they were not available!

I have had similar complaints about submitting dates, but I'm finding there is no Profile form submitted. I can only assume they failed to click on submit.

I also have to clean up some can't serve info submitted. I'm finding that they may only be able to serve at Saturday 5:00 mass, but I'm finding they are making that a can't serve date. Perhaps this part of the Web Terminal is too confusing? There seem to be too many choices.

I just so happened to have the same issue of two ministers having had submitted some can’t dates but they were still scheduled.  I am guessing that this is a new bug as I do not remember ever having this issue before.

I get that problem a lot because I use preassignments very heavily in my schedules. So, if someone enters a can't serve date after I've generated a schedule skeleton, MSP doesn't automatically flag that conflict for me. Therefore, I run a conflict report before publishing each schedule. That catches most, if not all, of the conflicts caused by preassignments.
