I use MSP to track the clergy's schedule. Since the clergy are paid staff at our church, the label 'volunteer' doesn't technically apply to them. Is there another all-purpose term that covers both volunteers and paid staff? Minister, perhaps?

That one is an easy one.  Simply launch MSP.  Then click on Edit on the menu bar.  One of the items will be Change label used for “Volunteer”…  Click that and change it to whatever you wish.

Hi Virgina,

If you'd like, you can change the word "volunteer" to "minister" by choosing "Change label used for volunteer..." from the Edit menu at the top of the main screen!

Hope that helps,
