Is there a way to combine two dates from different schedules? New year's
Eve, December 31st is on the December schedule and New year's Day, January
1st is on the January schedule. I would like those two schedules to appear
together on the web terminal for people to volunteer. Since I can open only
one schedule at a time, how do I do this?

We always create our schedules keeping in mind the logic of the church year.
For instance, we had a Nov. 1 thru Dec. 16th schedule. Thus we did a Dec.
17 thru Feb 28th schedule. This accomplished several things.

    * Kept all appropriate weekends together.

    * Delayed the Christmas schedule so that our ministers would have
more time to update their profiles with can't serve dates.

    * Gave us enough time to adjust loads if necessary.

    * Kept the Christmas and New Years weekends in one schedule.

Just because the calendar month ends on the 30th or 31st doesn't mean that
your schedule has to end on those dates as well.

    Hi

I actually put them both on the 3 month to include through January 1.  Started my new schedule on January 5 to run thru Easter which is March 31.   Left the auto scheduler off on Ash Wed and the Easter Triidum so parishioners can sign up for those spaces.
