Additional items for sale

Is there a way to add additional items for sale to the site such as jerseys or discs, and have that transaction be separate from registering for an event?

Not through TopScore. However, both Google Checkout and PayPal support creating shops or item purchase buttons that can be embedded via a RawHTML slot.
