Team Numbers

This may have been mentioned before, so apologies if that is the case...

It's really cool that teams can change their team name on the site, but some teams change their team name multiple times throughout a season, and it can be hard for captains to discuss their games (e.g. reschedules, complaining about another team) with the coordinators as a result.  It would be useful if we could display the team number in parentheses after a team name, even if only on their team page.  I understand how displaying this in the standings or even schedule could just clog up space and make it harder to read, but it shouldn't be a distraction on a team page.

Thanks for this suggestion! It would be great to put this on team pages and we will do so. It should be pretty easy, so we'll do this when we hit some other small changes later this week.
