Due to recent spam, I have closed this list to open registration. I
replaced it with a note that all are invited to participate and they can
request an invitation to join the group. We'll see how that works for a
while.

Charles is the list owner and I don't know if he has to accept all
invitation requests or whether that can be delegated. We'll have to work
that out.
If anyone objects to this change, or has a better idea, please discuss
here. Thanks!
