Anti-tumor Zip file Problem

There seems to be some problem with the Anti-tumor zip file ( http://cheminfo.informatics.indiana.edu/~rguha/dtp-preds.txt.zip ) The smiles look like they are corrupt and cannot be translated. Can you please have a look at them when you get a chance.
