Sublease for 1 month for Dec- Jan only $365

Hi all,

I am looking for a female roomate to sublease my studio for 1 month
starting Dec' 17 to Jan '17. Days can be adjusted +-3-4 days

The studio is fully furnished with a 2 huge beds, study table,
microwave, heater etc. Its a very clean place. The studio has all
amenities and best part is it very close to USC- campus(2min walk) and
close to Fraternity houses hence lots of patroling.(very safe :) ).
You will be sharing it with another indian girl , graduate student at
USC.

The rent is $365
