The studio is attached to the rear of the house, it has it's own
entrance, kitchen and bathroom.

It is located on 1429 23rd St & Ellendale

The 3b/1b house is rented right now by USC Asian grad students. .

All the rooms included comcast high speed internet, all utilities and
free parking.

I am interested in this studio. Please send me some pictures of the
studio. Does this rent include a parking space?

Hi. I am a new usc graduate student coming n 10th aug. would you

I did lived this studio durning 08/2008~12/2008. I can share some
experience.

Firstly, this is a re-modeled storage or garage on a backyard.
In summer, it would be hot. Fortunately, you can use air conditioner
for free.

Second, since no foundaiton under the house. It is especially cold in
early morning.

Last but not least, leakage problem.People who interested in this
place should check with mannger before moving. I am not sure is this
problem solve yet.
