Pedal Patch Community, a California-based community supported, social
enterprise that focuses on developing whole communities by growing
healthy, sustainable neighborhoods one patch at a time, is seeking
smart, collaborative, passionate and dedicated interns to assist in
several departments (Editorial / Blog, Volunteer & Community Relations
Mgt, Administration, Funding & Donor Mgt). PPC focuses on matters
concerning food security, sustainable living practices, environmental
safeguarding, eco-literacy, 4R Methodology and community building. We
provide unique programs and custom services that aid and enrich
members of communities, while moving them toward a more sustainable
future.
As a PPC intern, you will have the opportunity to gain practical hands-
on experience helping manage a progressive, community based
organization.

Candidates must have a positive attitude, strong people skills, be a
team player, be comfortable speaking in public or on phone, strong
writing skills, and have a genuine interest related topics, plus
reliable transportation.

This internship program will increase the public awareness of PPC and
is designed to give college students and others an opportunity to
complement their formal education with career-related experience.
