and is part of USC graduate housing.

The building is located at intersection of Hoover and Adams and is
just 2 blocks north of campus in a very safe area. It is 10 minutes
walking distance and 5 minutes biking to campus or you can take USC
tram which has a stop just around the corner.

I can transfer the lease mid-December. The contract is till mid May.
After that you have the option to renew it from then or from beginning
of next fall which makes it ideal for those who might want to be away
during the summer.

The rent is $920 per month (including TV cable, gas and internet).
Gated parking is also available with permit.
