Close to Rapah, between 29th and 30th), very safe and quiet area.
There is school bus to school or 5 mins by walking.
The apartment is very nice, newly renovated. The price for whole
apartment is 1180 only; you can rent the entire apartment or share
with a Chinese male MBA student for half the price.
Air conditioning in both rooms, Full Kitchen, one bathroom. 2nd floor.
Lease term until Sep next year.
