We're looking for one or two USC students to take over our bedroom in
a very spacious 3 bedroom apartment. This apartment complex is very
safe place and very close to campus with a gated parking lot. We are
looking for someone to take over one large room in a 3bedroom
apartment at 2809 Ellendale Pl., a 5 min. bike ride or 10 min. walk
from campus. The room is one of the select few on the roof of the
building, accessed by a spiral staircase. It is large and can house
two comfortably, complete with a window and a closet. The apartment
will be shared with two other girls. There is a kitchen with an oven,
stove, fridge, microwave and dishwasher, a living room with high
ceilings and beautiful windows, 2 bathrooms and 2 other occupied
bedrooms. There is one gated parking spot available (possibility of
negotiating more with manager). Laundry is on-site and there is a
large patio open to all tenants. Rent: $1050 (or $525 split). Please
