One nice bedroom for rent near USC campus

Sublease one big bedroom in a house. It is located to the north of USC
campus, which is the safe part, on W23 Street, between Ellendale and
Vermont. Only takes six to seven minutes to ride a bike to USC Gate 5.
This room is well-decorated, including funiture like bed, big
bookshelf, desk, chairs, and a big closet. There are central air
conditioner in all the rooms. You will share a big kitchen and
bathroom with one USC student and one visiting scholar (both Chinese
males). The kitchen has all necessary cooking devices---there is no
need to bring your own, and you will have a big fridge by your own.
Parking spaces are available in the yard. The $665 rent includes
everything: gas, water, electricity, internet, trash, and cleaner---a
cleaner comes to clean the house every week. This sublease is from
December or January to the end of July, 2010. Please contace
