Apartment for rent comes with furniture

Hi All,

I have an apartment in Koreatown if anyone is looking (its 15 min from
campus). I'm literally looking for someone to take over my apartment,
rent is $1000 + electricity. It is a junior one bedroom apartment and
comes with parking. I'm moving back to the east coast and I'm not
taking any of the furniture with me so if you take the apartment then
all the furniture is yours. If you are interested in just the
furniture then I will sell all of it for $700.
