Indeed, Mwalimu Idahosa, Afrika has become the whipping boy for the West. But even more despicable are those Negro apologists who are branding the BOZO an Afrikan, instead of the British citizen that he is. But those Most Confused Negroes, as Mwalimu Malcolm X correctly pointed out, are beyond redemption. They will forever kiss the boots of John Bull and our other oppressors.

This is ridiculous. Why should Nigerians apologize for this man, or mention other Nigerians who have done well? This outrage has nothing to do with Nigerians or Africans.  A confused,  deranged young man and his friends concoct and act out  this outrage and we need to mention footballers and athletes to counter this?  This is the worst kind of visceral  of achieve-ism. People should not feel accountable.

Is it because he is not Gabriel Agbonlahor playing for Aston Villa and the Three Lions, or Andrew Osagie, UK's reigning 800m champion, or Lawrence Okoye, British Discus Record Holder (68.24m), or Abiodun Oyepitan, British Olympic Silver and Gold Medalist, or Christine Ohuruogu, Beijing Olympic British Gold Medalist, or Eniola Aluko, British Olympic Female Football star, or Temi Fagbenle British Olympic Basketball queen, or several other thousands of British citizens with Nigerian connection who are making the country proud.

Nigeria should just be left out of this neo-colonial agenda. Please pass this on.
Nigerians are a great people and they are usually positive additions to any culture they join.

Mwalimu Ebele, yours is a good Afrikan lesson for those Most Confused Negroes who were quick to make the BOZO an Afrikan, instead of the bonafide British that he is. I love it!

 

Bad deeds constitutte a burden, nobody likes to claim an "efulefu" as a brother. So I am not surprised the Britsh press were eager to link him to his ancestral homeland. I am aware that in Igboland, women are quickly reminded that the troublsome child is theirs (At such time you hear admonitions like "Woman, talk to your son or your daughter" depending on the sex of the child involved.) When the child is good and has done something worthy of emulation, the father is quick in claiming resemblance. (the name becomes Ome ka nna ya- The child that behaves like the father). The point I am making is that what the British press did in this case by fishing out Adeboloja's ancestry is not uncommon.
