The chief  librarian of the nigerian national library should be placed on the same level as the nigerian president,the chief  judge, the speaker of the national assembly  and the president guild of editors  just that the president of nigeria is  the first  amongst equals. The national library should be seen as the fifth estate  of the realm #library #nigeria #national
