The issue of race as a political factor, has surfaced a few times in
forum inputs about Libya. From one extreme to another it's been
everything conceivable being said from Abdul Bangura talking about
( Heaven forbid) “ Hitler's Afrkan bloodline”:
to more recent babble about “ racist Libyan Arabs “, the letter from
Bosire Mosi to Mrs Clinton and even charges of “Imperialism “ by
those who do not want any merciful intervention from outside, to help
save Libyan civilian lives.
Racism and the psychology of racism can also be a matter of attitude
of the sort that Gaddafi himself spoke about : his own personal
attitude to the fact that a Black Man became President of the United
States which causes Mr. Gaddafi some distress as he came out with a
warning about Brother Obama because he is Black. Now if Gaddafi has
this attitude towards the President of the United States then one may
well wonder what attitude does he really have towards less powerful
black men, such as the presidents of African countries South of the
Sahara, since he is so specific in what he has said about Brother
Obama as I quote here:
