Well under the Quebec Civil Code, you will have to file your complaint in
Quebec Superior Court in French. So you will have to travel to Canada. Let
me know when your are in Canada so I can take pictures of you being arrested
under statutes of the Criminal Code of Canada. The charges have been filed.
