EXPERIENCE: Contractor / Service Technician: Ongard Sterilization Technologies, Inc., Hauppauge, NY. Responsible for the installation, demolition and servicing of company produced equipment in the east coast territory of Mass. To Va. (1996 to 1997).

Sub-Contractor / Landscaping: R&R Commercial Landscaping, Central Islip, NY. Maintained and improved the exterior pump and transfer stations for the Suffolk County Water Authority in the region from Melville to Montauk Point (1995 to 1996).

Operations Manager: Meadowbrook Parking Area Contractors, West Babylon, NY. Responsibilities included the scheduling and supervision of all crews, which included, sweeping, paving and line striping (1994 to 1995)

Chief Custodian: NYC Board of Education, Brooklyn and Queens, NY. Responsible for the supervision and scheduling of custodial staff members, outside contractors and city work crews the repair and maintenance of an educational facility(1984 to 1993)
