*.NET Technical Lead*

Saggezza is seeking a qualified, passionate and energetic individual to
join our team in a .NET Technical Lead position. Qualified candidates will
have solid .NET development backgrounds and skilled in broader web
application and web services technologies (HTML/5, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX,
JSON, JQuery, Windows Communication Foundation, etc.). Additionally,
candidates must have demonstrated experience in a consulting capacity
either as an employee at a services company or acting in an internal
consulting capacity at a company.

*Primary Responsibilities*

·     Provide technical leadership and direct delivery team throughout
software development lifecycle, including application design, hands-on
development, testing, and deployment via consistent, understandable
documentation and communication mechanisms

·     Serve as the primary onshore technical liaison to offshore
development and testing teams as necessary

·     Develop proof of concepts, prototypes and overall system designs as
needed for pre-sales support and post-sales implementation

·     Implement and configure .NET development platforms and infrastructure
middleware as necessary

·     Collaborate with other project team members in driving out
requirements and system analysis

·     Document aspects of a project, including high level and detailed
technical design, build and release documentation and processes, code
standards and guidelines, etc.

·     Collaborate with team leads and team members to ensure that all
technology initiatives are implemented within the existing or planned
standards and frameworks for each project through consistent and thorough
code reviews

·     Provide assistance and technical guidance to Project Managers,
Business Analysts, Software Engineers, QA Testers and other team members in
diagnosing and resolving complex defects identified throughout testing
phases

·     Supply work breakdowns, estimates and status updates to project and
engagement management; keep delivery team informed of challenges, risks,
issues and opportunities as you identify them

·     Analyze overall system architecture and design risks and provide
mitigation options

·     Understand technical project priorities, implementation dependencies,
risks and issues; provide solutions/recommendations to ensure smooth and
successful project delivery

·     5+ years of experience with and knowledge of web development process
and architecture using .NET based technologies

·     3+ years of experience with Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0 (or higher),
C# 3.0 (or higher) and ASP.NET 3.0 (or higher)

·     Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming with a background in
one of the following: C#, C++, Java

·     Strong knowledge of web technologies and standards, including HTML,
CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, XML

·     Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and well honed SQL skills;
ability to create relational data models (ER Diagrams) strongly desired

·     Accountable, with the ability to take ownership of a project and see
it through to completion

·     Excellent time management skills with the ability to determine and
set task and project priorities for self and team

·     Analytical approach to problem determination and solving

·     Excellent teamwork, organizational, communication, and multitasking
skills

·     Ability to work well in a very fast-paced environment

·     Strong attention to detail and high quality of work

·     Excellent self-learner with high aptitude to acquire and master new
technology skills
