*       5+ years of BA Experience in the Health Care Industry

*       3 Yrs Experience with Agile Development Mythologies.

*       5 Yrs Experience writing functional specs, user cases/user stories
and DFD's.

*       5 Yrs Experience with Agile Development Mythologies

*       5 Yrs Experience Strong Analytical skills and Business Acumen.

*       5 Yrs Strong Problem solving and negotiating skills.

*       5 Yrs Excellent Verbal and Communication Skills.

*       5 Yrs experience Experience with Web Application Development.

*       3 Yrs complete understanding of SDLC.

*       5 Yrs Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Visio.

*       3 yr Experience with Business Intelligence and Reporting
