What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- This is a feature request. I would like the urlrewrite.xml to be able to
include multiple xml configuration files (so that not all configuration is
put into urlrewrite.xml)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.2 OSX Snow Leopard

If you can partition your rules by path, you can just define multiple
instances of the filter with different config files.

You can do this with plain old XML.
