  Jeff, &lt;br&gt; Wev have a GIS Steering Committee and a GIS user group. The Steering committee is made up of department heads (with a vested interest in GIS) and Commissioners and or one of their staff members. Some of the department heads will designate a staff member to attend meetings. &lt;br&gt; The Steering Committee will set policy and decide on major items, such as who will be awarded thee contract to fly the county. The user group is made up of GIS users. Everyone is invited. This is more of an information sharing group and will make also make recommendations to the Steering Committee.
