WebTrends vs. Urchin browser statistics

We recently (September 2011) switched from WebTrends to Urchin and
I've noticed some drastic changes in some reports. For instance,
Urchin is showing between 10 and 15% of all traffic coming via Safari
browsers, while WebTrends always reported less than half a percent.
How can I explain the discrepancy?... more »

Urchin application doesnt read IIS 7.5 logs

Hi Guys,
On Feb 15th we have migrated to a new CMS software from old one and
also changed infrastructure.Earlier, Urchin was reading log's from old
server which had IIS 7.0 and from feb15th when we migrated to a new
infrastructure Urchin has logs from IIS 7.5. When i run the

The brand will be posting a video on some 3rd party website (I think
YouTube) & when the user clicks this video he will be redirected to
the our website . They need to track the traffic coming your site from
this video.

Getting the loadtime

A client has asked whether is it possible or not to get the page load
time from urchin, is there any report that does it exactly (I do not
mean avg visit time but real page load time), and furthermore if the
request has been resolved by a cached copy or not, is that possible
too?

Switching from Urchin to Google Analytics

To whom it may concern,
Since Urchin is being discontinued and licenses only work on the
server and directory that the license is configured for. The
recommendation is to switch to Google Analytics. However, the reason
we choose Urchin over Google Analytics is the software is hosted and

Hi,
I am trying to create a custom report for Urchin. My requirement is to
get the ratio(# of clicks on particular title/# of views on particular
title). Is it possible in Urchin to get that ratio in a report? Please
