Anyone got an idea why this error might happen when processing logs? I
found similar errors and tried cheking website templates and their
permissions but it didn't help..

Hi Kenan,

This error happens when Urchin fails to open the datamap file.
Please make sure the /path/to/urchin/lib/reporting/profiletypes/
Default/datamap.dm2 file (or /path/to/urchin/lib/custom/profiletypes/
Default/datamap.dm2 if you are using a custom datamap)
is present on and accessible for user account Urchin is running under.
