Regards, Johnny
Are you manually tagging your AdWords destination URLs? Urchin can't
read the gclid parameter used in autotagging, so you need to either
manually tag or use master codes. These parameters need to be present
in both the destination URL and the landing page and read correctly by
your UTM code. If Urchin is unable to attribute visitor activities on
the site to a specific AdWords campaign, then it won't be able to
match up cost data to those visits either.

Can you help me in this issue too?

I've got a similar problem like yours, I see successfull accesses to
the cpc
source in the scheduler logs, but all data being downloaded into the
data/cpc
directory is like this one:
/usr/local/urchin/data/cpc/1/1# unzip -l 5a3d9f1a.zip
Archive: 5a3d9f1a.zip
Length Date Time Name
-------- ---- ---- ----
0 02-08-10 15:13 5a3d9f1a.cpc
12 02-08-10 15:13 .5a3d9f1a.lasthit
-------- -------
12 2 files
I trigger the cpc request via scheduler at 2:00 o'clock in the morning
and
much later the day, according to the timestams, the data file (the zip
archive)
is being downloaded from the google server.
In my case, the data file is quite useless, as you can see the cpc
file has a
size of zero bytes.
Recently I found the log in the adwords webinterface that keeps
telling
me that the cpc request my scheduler issued was about data for the
last 10 years? Oh, just had a look in the cpc scheduler logs and
there:
Urchin 6.602 (linux2.6_kernel) starting: 20100208 15:08:50
[Mon Feb 8 15:08:50] Processing CPC logs 'cpc one' (adwords)
Worker 32005: Requesting data for 2000-01-02 - 2010-02-07
This is from the run which resulted in the zero byte file, I posted
at the beginning.
As you can see, we are running urchin 6.602, but we had the same
issues with 6.601. I was in hope the update would solve my problems.
kind regards,
Marcus
