Cross Segment Performance report - nil results

Quite on when I try to cross segment certain pages in the Cross
Segment Performance report I end up with zero results. It seems to
time out when trying to get results over a extended date range. Is
there any way to correct this problem?

I have a similar problem.
Report Cross Segment performance is not working in Firefox, but works
in IE and Opera.
