tracking .flv : could Hits help?

Hi all, I'm quite new on Urchin....sorry for my basic question :(

I've already read all previous posts about Tracking video ('Event
tracking' section), but I've not yet the final answer to my question:
Let's say I publish the following .flv file on a web site : ..../pages/
news/video/news-22-11-2011.flv

Then I ask to Urchin to show me the following data:

IT Reports / Pages & Files / Downloads

and I see on report that the ..../pages/news/video/
news-22-11-2011.flv file collected 234,220 Valid Hits.

Question: does the number 234,220 mean that the .flv file has been
viewed 234,220 times....?
