PDF files in Content when using utm?

Hi
Running Urchin 7. Even if I have Mime type set to include
aspx,htm,html,asp,pdf, I only gets 169 pdf files in Content where as I
do get 1.557 pdf files in IT Reports (and 1.511 in Download).
Doing an IP+user name, I get 1.150 in both Content and IT Rerports
(and 1.557 in Download)
So what shall I do to get all the pdf in Content when using utm?
