I am tracking a few websites with Urchin. (I have taken over this system from somebody else, and Urchin is very new to me, so please excuse my ignorance.)
I am trying to find out why one site has the Conversion Summary report under Executive Dashboard and another site does not. One difference I can see between their configuration is that the site with the Conversion Summary report uses Visitor Tracking Method: Urchin Traffic Monitor (UTM), while the other uses Visitor Tracking Method: IP+User-Agent.
Is it the case that you can only see the Conversion Summary report if the site uses Visitor Tracking Method: Urchin Traffic Monitor (UTM)?
If so, how easy is it to change the site to use Visitor Tracking Method: Urchin Traffic Monitor (UTM)?
