Is the Visitor Tracking Method of the profile set to UTM? If you don't
have the UTM method configured for your site, you should set the
Visitor Tracking Method to IP+User-Agent.

Hello,

Visitor Tracking Method is set on IP+User-Agent.

Here is my log format:

#Fields: c-other date time cs-bytes sc-bytes c-uri s-status c-ip

I tried different log type format either by editing for my own log
type either trying auto, w3c... in urchin but it still doesn't
work....

any help please ?

You may need a custom log format to get this working. If you posted a
sample log line, that might help.
