Although I see a PDF file on my web server receiving a 600% growth in
hits, user sessions have not increased at all.
How do I account for this discrepancy?

At our webhosting company we currently have multiple Urchin 5 servers
for the statistics of our customers. We recently acquired an Urchin 7
licence and it can server enough profiles that we want to merge all of
our currently running Urchin 5 profiles in this new Urchin 7 server.

Heya, does anyone know if Urchin offers the capability to track
queries to a search form? We have a page on our site that has a search
box, that searches one of our database. We wanted to track the number
of searches being performed by users, as well as, ideally, the top

Date Range Calendar

I have a customer with the following problem - "rather than getting
the calendar in the pop-up window as I'm accustomed to, I get a window
that has a title of "Blank Page" in the top border and says
"about:blank" in the URL address bar." How can this be corrected?

hundreds will report the following error:

I have 5 years worth of Urchin data that I would like to retain. I am
in the process of moving from a VPS to an MPS w/cpanel. My new server
has Webalizer, awstats and Analog Stats on it. Is there any way for
me to move my logs (history) so that they are 'viewable' on my new
