where to download latest 5 version that we paid for?

Where do we download the latest version 5 that we paid for?

Guess it would be version 5.9.99

I have searched thru all the links provided by google urchin help
center but not a single place does it
provide downloads for other than latets version 6.x :(

Download link to last version 5 would be nice?

If you purchased Urchin 5 previously and need installation binaries you should contact your reseller. If you don't have a reseller, check the list of available representatives in your region and contact them at http://www.google.com/urchin/usac.html.

One note - Urchin 5 is no longer supported by Google, and updates for this version of the product will not be available.

Thank you for your attention and relpy.

As we bought the Urchin 5 version directly from www.urchin.com and we
try to go there but gets redirected to google who bought urchin.

It was my understanding that we should get support from whoever took
over support aggreements and previous customers.

I mean what company resellers will support us when they dident do any
sale to us?

I just need the binary from the last version in the 5 series that we
actually paid for to get.

Anywhere on the internet or a rapidshare or somewhere else i can pick
up the 5 version.

Hello,

As you directed me to do i contacted glassbox from your reseller list
and they per phone refused to support us as they did not sell us
anything.
He did however suggest we could pay them to setup urchin 6 if we
purchased that which we have no interest in doing since we just want
the last version released in the 5 series to upgrade our current 5
version to latest 5 version released.

I have no idea why this should be so hard to obtain the version 5 we
paid for.

I see the point in hiding the 5 series as google want to earn some
money on the new 6 series but no matter what they should not make it
this difficult to
get the installer files for Urchin.com´s previous customers who
actually own the right to use the latest version 5 created.

What to do now?
