One of the people that got the UDC out of APA Metro process going was Mark
Strauss, and since I am still doing a major Mr. Mom thing (and research on
the Wonderful World of Density), it would be good to hear about what this
particular group has to say about how the world currently works.

Apologies for cross posting, there was a hint of interest in Urban
Design on getting to the devil in the zoning text details, however,
that opportunity seems to have slipped away. Perhaps a post mortem.
The draft covers all of the major points. The zoning committee would
