* Spacious five-bedroom house with front porch, back porch, backyard,
wood stove, double living room, chin-up bar, and friendly neighbors.
Also, a park just through the woods where we often go to play
basketball.
* Other amenities including washer and dryer, two refrigerators, and
ample cul-de-sac parking.
* About a mile from the West Hyattsville (green line) Metro station.
Also about three miles from either CUA and Uni. of MD. Within walking
distance of both St. James and St. Jerome's parishes.
* Ready for move-in at any time after May 8, preferably soon
thereafter. $540 monthly rent, plus about $50-100 monthly for
utilities. As full disclosure, rent may increase soon, though likely
not by much.
* No pets nor smoking please.
* Rooted in our Catholic Faith, we are committed to supporting each
other to grow in virtue as men of God in our particular state of life.
Currently, our house has both professionals and graduate students. In
the past, we've had CUA students, JP2 Institute students, and FOCUS
missionaries as housemates.
