Can a non-profit add a donations button to our feed (near logo at top)?

Hi --
We use FeedBurner to deliver daily updates to subscribers to
Conservation Value Notes (http://www.conservationvaluenotes.com)

Is there a way to add a "Donate" button to our feed (graphic + link)

For example, in the header where the logo is, we'd want to add our
donate button from either Razoo or PayPal -- linking to our donations
page:

1. Razoo:
