None sending post as I publish them

to FeedBurner Help Group - Upgrades, Wishlists, Enhancements
Some times my post information is time sensitive and it appears
Feedburner only offers publication at predetermined times. How can I
over ride the pre-determined schedule to send out a new post
immediately??? I really need to learn how to do this.

Feedburner auto feed update interval is 30 minutes, but you can update instantly by manually visiting
feedburner.google.com/fb/a/ping
