Email delivery in every 3 days, 7 days, or after one month

I am missing this feature from feedburner that we cannot offer email newsletter with weekly or monthly delivery. Because some blogs do not post stuff which is interesting for everyone and they would not love it everyday in their inbox. So please provide weekly and monthly email delivery options like feedcat.net
