Is there any possible way in which you could increase the speed as to
which the feed updates? I posted an article at 12.00pm (GMT) today on
http://www.technologybloggers.org/
It's now 4.20pm (GMT) and the feed is still outdated.
What is the change frequency, and why is it not instant?

Automatic update interval is 30 minutes.
However you can ping your feed to update it quickly any time feedburner.google.com/fb/a/ping
